Grain Free, Refined sugar-Free Banana Bread

This banana bread is one of my all-time staples that family and friends approve. It is made with just a few simple ingredients that are more than likely already in your home!

Recipe

Preheat oven to 365 degrees.

Ingredients

  • three overripe bananas

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter ( or any nut butter of choice)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

The chocolate chips are optional, but I have also added walnuts to the batter as well to add some healthy fats.

Directions

  • mix ingredients until well combined

  • pour into a bread tin

  • bake for 50-60 min or until baked through

Once baked let cool before serving. I love to enjoy with some grass-fed butter while the bread is still warm!!
